RajiWorld is excited to introduce you to our new sister company, Compass SS which “Joins the Best of Two Worlds.” We are Sponsorship Stewards navigating new horizons for a better future by developing partnerships between the creative arts and innovative businesses with an emphasis on lifestyle marketing, trends, health, beauty and green solutions.  Brands and bands are already circling each other in space; Compass just brings them into closer focus.

Roggie Baer and RajiWorld have long been known as discovery specialists recognizing talent in the fields of community, education, music, art, health and environment and matching it with the right event, partners and sponsors. We are experts at hiring the right talent and support staff for the job and client. We are well-known for a diverse and enormous VIP data-base with a specialty in fulfilling challenging requests and appreciated for anticipating trends in the fields of community, business, art, health, fashion, music, and marketing.

I was hired 2015  by one of my favorite Texas music festivals to matchmake the best sponsors. I would love to bring you on board if it is the right match!

Old Settler’s Music Festival offers bluegrass, folk and Americana acts performing on four stages over four days, along with camping in the beautiful Texas hill country. Many music fans return annually for amazing performances by award-winning artists such as Richard Thompson, the Del McCoury Band, Bruce Hornsby, Iron & Wine, Yonder Mountain String Band, Alison Krauss, Bela Fleck and favorite locals such as Patty Griffin, Bob Schneider and Sarah Jarosz. For more information, visit

With an attendance of approximately 16,000 over the weekend, the festival is big enough to garner significant press attention and small enough for festival-goers to see top notch bands up close in a spacious environment. It is also a camping festival so our fans spend the weekend wishing they could live in the area!

With sponsors help, we’ve grown a lot since the early days, but we still maintain our down-home, Texas-friendly vibe. The festival takes place at Salt Lick Pavilion and Camp Ben McCulloch, just minutes from Austin. The campsite and venue are an oasis for hard-working Texans wanting to revel in all we have in our own backyard.

In 1987, the first Old Settler’s Music Festival was held at Old Settler’s Park, in the Austin suburb of Round Rock. Since then, it’s grown into a nationally-known celebration of Americana and roots music in all its forms.
