HOMES FOR ALL AND FOR ALL, HOMES!
If you know me, you know celebrating diversity and uplifting those of us who identify as diverse has been my life’s work. I am proud to have added this new certification, “At Home With Diversity”, officially to my Real Estate bag.

It is always a joy to share what I’m learning. As I continue growing in Real Estate, I want you to grow with me. Educated buyers and sellers make our whole sphere stronger.I’ve earned additional certifications in Fair Housing, Diversity, Ethics, and Buyer Representation because I feel best when leading with integrity, and understanding home buying desires and investments as my core work.
After four decades of retail experience and representing musicians on the road — nurturing their careers, their communities, and their fans — I feel deeply at home guiding clients through their own journeys of finding the right place to live, invest, and thrive.
I believe this wholeheartedly: it is always the right time to buy or sell if it is right for you. My role is to understand the market, get creative when needed, and support you with clarity, grace, and confidence. Your needs come first, and we will move through the process step-by-step so nothing feels confusing or rushed.
Forecasts I believe in:
• Smarter water conservation
New builds incorporating water-saving technologies, and AI tools that help us track usage, spot leaks, and even answer complicated questions about efficiency.
• Community-driven real estate
Neighbors, neighborhood groups, and local networks playing a more meaningful role in helping buyers and sellers connect.
(For context: the average homeowner now stays in their home about 11.8 years — almost double the turnover rate from 2005.)
• Real estate as a foundation for long-term stability
Buying a home remains one of the most reliable ways to build equity, create security, and support generational wealth.
Please have a joy filled holiday in peace and love and know I am here when you need me. With love to you and yours, Roggie
